Power relay, CPC1983B, LITTELFUSE A single-pole, normally open solid state power relay, rated for up to 0.5 ADC / Arms continuous load current, with IXYS integrated circuits, brings OptoMOS technology, reliability, and compact size. It employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 5000 Vrms of input to output isolation. The optically coupled outputs, which use the patented OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED. This combination of low on-resistance and high load current handling capability makes this relay suitable for a variety of high performance switching applications.
