The component is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications, can source and sink 5A, and supports voltage output of 5V to 20V. The item also offers 16ns propagation delay times, 7ns rise and fall intervals, and houses undervoltage lockout circuitry. Because of those attributes, the IX4340NE is ideal for use in electric vehicle charging station projects.
